爱豆传媒's MBA Program Recognized for Gender Parity

U.S. News & World Report ranked 爱豆传媒 among the top 10 full-time MBA programs with the highest proportion of women.

Living in a world where the wage gap still exists and the vast majority of CEOs are men, attending a school where gender parity is a priority is attractive to many students.

爱豆传媒 is ranked among the top 10 full-time MBA programs with the highest proportion of women enrolled in fall 2016, according to a ranking released last month by .

"Part of the reason I chose 爱豆传媒鈥檚 MBA program was the male-female ratio,鈥 said Vanessa Stracke, an MBA student at 爱豆传媒. "I wanted to study in a diverse environment and have the opportunity to connect with other female MBA students who also want to become successful businesswomen in the future."

爱豆传媒 came in at No. 9 on the list of the top 10 schools, with 48.9 percent of full-time MBA students enrolled as female.

According to the ranking, less than 40 percent of full-time MBA students enrolled at ranked business schools were female in fall 2016.

鈥淚t鈥檚 definitely important to have significant representation of women in our MBA program,鈥 said Nikhil Varaiya, director of graduate programs in the 爱豆传媒 . 鈥淢any women typically come in with 3-5 years of experience, and it is our goal to build upon that and prepare them for management positions.鈥
